The Zumba® program, created by Beto Perez, fuses Latin dance rhythms with easy to follow dance moves. The result of this fusion is a fun workout that feels more like a night out
dancing than a “work” out in your health club. A Zumba® group exercise class may be 30 to 55 minutes in length depending on the instructor. The class routine features interval training where fast and slow rhythmic movements are combined with resistance training. This combination, along with cardio exercise, helps to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
